This is a booklet that encourages students to reflect on themselves, their likes/dislikes, life experiences and future dreams. There is a sentence starter for each letter of the alphabet and some of them include:
- a Book I'd like to read is...because...
- my Dream Job is....because...
- my Funniest Memory is...
- my Greatest Achievement has been...because...
- an Interesting Fact about me is...because...
- my Wish for this year is...
There are also spaces for students to draw corresponding pictures to certain sentence starters.
* Use this as a way to get to know your students at the beginning of the school year.
* Use as a reflection tool for students throughout the school year.
* A fun activity for students to share a little about
themselves with their peers, e.g. if they are 'Star of the Week'
